Information on the processing of personal data
The company Sir Joseph s.r.o., as a personal data administrator, hereby informs about the manner and scope of personal data processing with regard to the General EU Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). The aim of this text is to provide information about what personal data we collect and from what sources, how we handle it, for what purposes we use it, to whom we may provide it and where information about the personal data we process can be obtained. The document can be continuously changed and supplemented.
How do we process personal data and to whom can we provide it?
We process personal data electronically in our customer system, possibly also in printed form (written contract). Personal data is always secured and only our authorized employees have access to it. If it is necessary to use a supplier to fulfill the contract or order, we only transfer data to them to the extent necessary for this purpose and in a secure form. These are transport companies and accounting. We never sell or rent your data to any third parties.

We process data for the reasons imposed by the legislation of the Czech Republic (e.g. the Accounting Act, the Electronic Communications Act), for the purpose of fulfilling concluded contracts or customer orders, or due to our legitimate interest, including the possibility of informing about changes and news in our services and products.
We process data that we process on the basis of our legal obligations for the period required by the relevant regulation, we process data necessary for the fulfillment of contracts during the duration of the contractual relationship and 5 years after its termination, we record other data for a maximum of 5 years from the subject fact/contact.
As part of the processing of personal data, it is necessary to distinguish what kind of relationship you have with us:
1. If you are our client
This is primarily the data contained in the contract, i.e. name, surname, social security number, address, or company name, ID number, VAT number, seat and invoicing data and other data that we are obliged to process according to generally applicable legal regulations. We also keep records of contact persons for each customer – so that we can be sure with whom we communicated.

What are cookies?
Cookies are text files that contain a small amount of information that is downloaded to your computer, mobile phone or other device when you visit a website. On the next visit of the user from a specific device, this cookie is sent back to the website and thus identifies the user. The user’s device can thus be recognized. Cookies are useful e.g. to analyze traffic to our website, to ensure greater comfort when using our website (remember the user for the next visit). Cookies cannot examine personal data, nor your computer or other device.
