The dry cleaner and post-warranty repairs are regularly suspended on the following dates (we do not accept incoming shipments and send them back at the cost of cash on delivery) :
- in the months APRIL – MAY – we will always specify the exact date in good time here – 1.4.2024 – 27.5.2024
- in the months of SEPTEMBER – DECEMBER
- We do not accept items for cleaning or repair during these dates (please do not send them).
- If the customer nevertheless sends us such a product, he must be aware that we cannot store the delivered items and will send them back at the customer’s expense by cash on delivery (see the price list in the Terms and Conditions below)
The reason is the lack of capacity during the seasonal shipment of goods to stores. Thank you for your understanding.
Please plan to clean up your feathered companions in time for these periodic service suspensions.
The exact date of the re-opening of the cleaning plant and service will be indicated here and in the news on our website.
We accept for cleaning and repair:
- Only SIR JOSEPH products – we do not accept products from other brands
- We do not accept products with sheep’s wool and feather gloves with natural leather for cleaning
- We do not accept products repaired with thermal patches or other repairs to the dry cleaners
- We do not recommend drying woolen products in the dryer. It is necessary to dry them freely. For this reason, we cannot offer a cleaning service for woolen products here at Sir Joseph, viz. maintenance instructions in the attached PDF below.
- We only accept products that are normally dirty and worn. We reserve the right to refuse to clean or repair items that show more dirt or wear – for example, items in a similar condition:
