quality products filled with feathers or wool will serve you best if you follow the rules for their use, maintenance and storage, and if you choose the model most suitable for the conditions in which you will use it.
Basic rules for using Sir Joseph products
- Choose the product that is best suited for the conditions in which you will use it, taking into account your health, physical condition and sensitivity to winter.
- Choose the appropriate product size.
- Avoid sharp objects and activities that may cause mechanical damage to the product.
- Keep the main zipper closed while using the product.
- Wear the hood on your head and keep the velcro zips taped.
- Tighten the rubber bands regulating the circuits only so that it is comfortable for you. Tightening the rubber bands too much can cause blood circulation to be restricted.
- During use and cleaning, all Velcro fasteners must be taped to prevent mechanical damage to the upper material.
- The individual chambers with the feathers are closed – so it is not possible to move the feathers between the chambers. Feather movement in one chamber is completely normal and does not indicate that the product is of poor quality. Simply tap the accumulated feathers around the chamber.
- The occasional crawling of small feather or wool particles through the seam is not a reason for a complaint. Pull the protruding feather/thread back inside the product from the reverse side. Never pull it out.
Maintenance and storage of products
- Each product has a vignette with instructions for washing, care and storage.
- Regular maintenance extends the life of the product.
- We recommend having the product cleaned in a specialized dry cleaner. When washing by yourself, follow the instructions on the product vignette and use detergents intended for down products.
Guarantee
- We provide a 24-month warranty on the goods
- Should any of our products become defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the product at our option.
- The warranty does not cover:
- – mechanical damage to the product
- – use contrary to the rules for use, maintenance and storage
- – consequences of the accident
- – consequential damages caused by unauthorized modification of the product by the purchaser
- – consequences of unprofessional care and maintenance
- – natural wear and tear of the material
In such cases, we will repair the product for an appropriate fee to the best of our ability.
- The prerequisite for recognition of the guarantee is the sending of the product to Sir Joseph in a clean condition and the presentation of the original proof of purchase or through the seller
