PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES

Expedition sleeping bag for high altitude climbers and expeditions to polar and arctic regions. Flight-tested construction in perfect combination with the latest technology. The Exel Dry® LIGHT 100 membrane top material allows bivouacking in snow and ice without the need for a tent. The 800 cuin/oz down fill and Alpha chamber construction, which allows for optimal down distribution and maximum LOFT, guarantee maximum thermal comfort with minimum sleeping bag weight. Now also in new dark colour combinations for hikers, trekkers, hunters and fishermen.

  • In the “women’s” size 170, while maintaining the same fill weight as the 190 cm version and reducing the internal volume of the sleeping bag, an overall higher thermal comfort is achieved
  • Mummy shape perfectly replicates the human figure
  • Closed chambers prevent feathers from moving around the sleeping bag and allow for washing and easy maintenance.
  • Alfa chamber design
  • Specially developed new hood shape protects the head and face from the cold
  • 3D collar separates the head compartment and insulates the body compartment
  • Self-locking clips allow one-handed adjustment of the collar and hood circumference
  • Reversible zipper allows the sleeping bag to be unzipped from the top and bottom
  • A special strip that is used to line the zippers prevents heat from escaping through the zipper and prevents the zipper from getting stuck in the fabric
  • Three-chamber 3D bottom increases thermal comfort in the foot area and reduces the risk of frostbite
  • The new “Alpha foot box” bottom shape – a bevelled trapezoid follows the shape of the freely lowered feet when sleeping on the back and increases comfort.
  • Small pocket for small items inside the sleeping bag
  • Storage bag and waterproof compression bag included
  • Compression bag reduces volume by up to 30%
