Self-adhesive repair tape for minor repairs to jackets, tents, sleeping bags and other damaged nylon or polyester equipment. Package contains 8 cm × 50 cm.
The advantage of the large size of the tape is that you can repair even really large cracks, for example on a tent, and save the entire trek or expedition.
Instructions for use:
– The best bond between the tape and the fabric is achieved by thoroughly cleaning and drying the fabric before application.
– According to the size of the damaged area, cut out the necessary patch with sufficient overlap and round the corners of the patch.
– Remove the protective paper from the tape, cover the damaged area with the patch and press firmly with your fingers (apply cold).
The lifespan of the patch depends on the type and intensity of further use. It can last for several years and can withstand washing. If necessary, replace the patch with a new one.
