Information on the processing of personal data

The company Sir Joseph s.r.o., as a personal data administrator, hereby informs about the manner and scope of personal data processing with regard to the General EU Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). The aim of this text is to provide information about what personal data we collect and from what sources, how we handle it, for what purposes we use it, to whom we may provide it and where information about the personal data we process can be obtained. The document can be continuously changed and supplemented.

How do we process personal data and to whom can we provide it?

We process personal data electronically in our customer system, possibly also in printed form (written contract). Personal data is always secured and only our authorized employees have access to it. If it is necessary to use a supplier to fulfill the contract or order, we only transfer data to them to the extent necessary for this purpose and in a secure form. These are transport companies and accounting. We never sell or rent your data to any third parties.

– Transport company PPL CZ sro (Identity number: 25194798) – Accounting services Ing Hana Slavíková (Identity number: 428 956 77) We process data for the reasons imposed by the legislation of the Czech Republic (e.g. Accounting Act, Electronic Communications Act) fulfillment of concluded contracts or customer orders, or due to our legitimate interest, including the possibility of informing about changes and news in our services and products.

We process data that we process on the basis of our legal obligations for the period required by the relevant regulation, we process data necessary for the fulfillment of contracts during the duration of the contractual relationship and 5 years after its termination, we record other data for a maximum of 5 years from the subject fact/contact.

What data do we process?

As part of the processing of personal data, it is necessary to distinguish what kind of relationship you have with us:

1. If you are our client

This is primarily the data contained in the contract, i.e. name, surname, social security number, address, or company name, ID number, VAT number, registered office and invoicing data and other data that we are obliged to process according to generally applicable legal regulations. We also keep records of contact persons for each customer – so that we can be sure with whom we communicated. We keep your contact phone number and email address for the possibility of electronic communication for invoicing and other correspondence and to inform you about changes or news in our products and services. You can refuse to receive information emails at any time. Due to the fulfillment of the contract and our legitimate interest, we keep all communication with you (emails, SMS, written orders for goods or services). These are, for example, payment reminders, communication regarding complaints, service orders, etc.

2. If you contact us by email or via the web form (questions, orders)

We process your data that you have provided us in electronic correspondence electronically in our customer system – name, surname, address, phone number, email address and other details related to your inquiry/request. If you subsequently do not become our client, we still process your data, so that we can contact you with a more favorable offer in the future.

3. You are our business partner (landlord, tenant, supplier, etc.)

We only process your data for the purposes of fulfilling our legal obligations and fulfilling our contract, or our legitimate interest in connection with the performance of this contract. We do not use your data for any other purposes.

4. You are a job seeker

If you are a job seeker in our company, you have provided us with your data as part of your CV and cooperation does not take place, we will keep your data in the form of a CV together with your phone number and email address (electronically or in writing depending on how you provided it to us ), only in case of another job offer in the future.

5. Visiting our website – Cookies

Cookies are used on our website. These are small files that your browser stores on your end device. You can control the use of cookies in your browser settings (e.g. disable the use of cookies or delete cookies). Thanks to cookies, our website is more user-friendly (it allows your computer to remember the pages you have visited and your preferred settings for individual pages). The principles of handling Cookies do not change in any way with the effect of GDPR, cookies do not contain your personal confidential data such as name, address, etc.

What are your rights?

You have the right to request information about what personal data we hold about you. If this information is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that we correct or remove the information. However, we cannot delete your data if we are prevented from doing so by legal regulations on data retention, such as the Accounting Act, or other justified reasons, such as outstanding debts. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR), the right to request access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to their correction (Art. 16 GDPR) or deletion (Art. 17 GDPR), the right to limit processing (Art. 18 GDPR), and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR), you have the right to the transferability of this data to another administrator (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to file a complaint with the Office for personal data protection, if you believe that our company is in violation of the GDPR when processing personal data (Article 77 GDPR).
